Stephen brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 20 years as a chef in 4 and 5-star hotels with the Savoy and Marriott groups, culminating in his role as Executive Head Chef.
He then transitioned into operations and supply chain with PSL before taking up the role of Food Procurement Manager for Fuller’s Pubs & Hotels. Stephen has extensive expertise in procurement, including building strong supplier relationships, optimizing purchasing processes, and implementing effective cost controls.
