He has worked at prestigious establishments such as The Savoy, Selsdon Park Hotel, Le Meridien Saigon and, most recently, he held the role of Group Executive Chef and Deputy F&B Director for 10 years at Hand Picked Hotels.
Matt possesses a wealth of expertise in menu development, optimising kitchen efficiency and food and beverage operations.
