Matt brings over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including more than 20 years at Executive Chef level. He has worked at prestigious establishments such as The Savoy, Selsdon Park Hotel, Le Meridien Saigon and, most recently, he held the role of Group Executive Chef and Deputy F&B Director for 10 years at Hand Picked Hotels.

Matt possesses a wealth of expertise in menu development, optimising kitchen efficiency and food and beverage operations.
