David has worked in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, 25 of these were as a chef in country house and 4/5 star hotels up to regional executive/group level. He then moved into consultancy and operations with PSL before taking up the role as development/operations for Warner Leisure Hotels where he most recently headed up there F&B development and operations team. He has a wealth of experience from menu development, supply chain implementation, food cost management and strategic F&B projects.
