Alex has worked in the hospitably industry for over ten years, initially in hospital tech at iRiS, providing guest facing software to hotels and restaurants in Europe, the US and Asia. He then moved to work for digital members club and concierge, Velocity Black, where he worked on their integrated payment solution and set up their travel department in the UK and US.
